Yes it lets you know what the tutorial is about.

The steps are organized.

Yes each step is separated by a number and the sub-step is separated by a letter.

Yes the audience is addressed by using the word "you"
7. Do the graphics and other visual cues of the document make the information more accessible?
There weren't that many graphics that were used. There should have been more graphics being used that way it would have been easier to follow and understand.

The style is clear but I believe it would have been clearer if there were more pictures.
